So often, we move through life reacting to the thoughts and stories in our minds, missing the deeper truth of what’s alive in our bodies.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and actually listen — to notice what your body is asking for.

This workshop is about tuning in with openness and approval, and discovering the depth, strength, and vitality that arise when we give ourselves full permission to be who we truly are.

  • Embodied practices you can take with you — simple techniques to support you beyond the workshop, in everyday life.

How We’ll Flow..

When you join the Embodying Your Truth Workshop, you’ll be guided through a nourishing and empowering experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your truth.

We’ll begin with gentle relaxation and grounding practices, followed by guided movement and embodiment exercises, with space to reflect, share, and simply rest.

This is about rediscovering the natural intelligence of your body, expressing yourself freely through movement, and deepening your connection to yourself.

No matter your energy, mood, or what’s happening in your life, this practice meets you exactly as you are.

This is more than movement — it’s an invitation to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom, and to leave feeling grounded, empowered, and alive.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • It’s lovely if you can have your camera on for the check-in, teaching, and any sharing (sharing is entirely optional) — it helps create a sense of connection. But it’s not essential. For the embodiment practices themselves, cameras will be off so you can really drop in without feeling observed.

  • Not at all. Everything is guided gently and designed to meet you exactly where you are. No experience is necessary — just an openness to explore.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in. Think stretchy, cozy, or flowy — whatever allows you to feel relaxed and free in your body.

  • Just enough room to move around a little — a yoga mat-sized space is plenty. You don’t need a large studio or special setup.

  • Yes. This workshop includes optional sharing, but there’s never any pressure. You’re welcome to simply listen if that feels best.

  • Everyone’s experience is unique, and there’s no “right” way to feel. This workshop is about tuning in with openness and compassion, meeting each moment as it comes, and discovering the depth, strength, and vitality that arise when we give ourselves approval for it all.
