Hi, I’m Nina
For me, movement and music are medicine. They bring me back to joy, presence, and belonging. Research continues to show that moving freely supports mental health, balances hormones, and helps regulate the nervous system.
Yet so many of us have been taught to move for performance or perfection—to disconnect from the spontaneous, expressive intelligence of our bodies.
My own path has been about returning to that freedom, again and again.
My training with Michaela Boehm and years of work alongside Kelsey Grant have deeply shaped how I guide this process—blending embodiment, emotional awareness, and authentic expression.
My Journey Back to My Body
For years, I felt disconnected from myself. I struggled with an eating disorder, searching for something or someone to “fix” me. My body didn’t feel like a safe or joyful place—it felt like something to control.
Through feminine embodiment work—movement, breath, and emotional exploration—I began to rediscover the aliveness, pleasure, and self-trust I had long suppressed.
This healing changed everything. My relationship with food softened. My energy returned. My relationships deepened. My nervous system found balance. I began to feel at home in my body—and in my life.
And the best part? It wasn’t about control at all. It was about surrender—dropping down, tuning in, and listening.
Your body is waiting for you.
How I Can Support You
In my programs and circles, I offer a safe, judgment-free space to reconnect with your body, release old stories, and step into your power and pleasure.
I bring practical tools and practices from somatic work, movement, and women’s wisdom, but I also bring a grounded, relatable approach. This work isn’t just about healing (although that’s part of it). It’s also about having fun, feeling more alive, and discovering new levels of pleasure and empowerment in your body and life.
Your body already knows the way. Our work is about remembering that wisdom and letting it guide you back to ease, confidence, and embodied aliveness.
